The heart of the Night in the Country Music Festival is community. It is about our small town of Yerington coming together every year and sharing our valley with our fans. When you attend Night in the Country, you help create a community in the middle of pure Nevada farmland, and you become a member of our NITC family. A family that supports many charities. You support the volunteers getting you through camp check-in, pouring you a drink, and greeting you at the venue entrances – all of them raising money for the non-profits of their choice to help their neighbors.

Over the past several weeks we have seen our country music community step up once again, and it has inspired us to do the same. Night in the Country is donating a total of $5,000 to the Yerington-Mason Valley Fire Department, Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, Yerington Police Department, and South Lyon Medical Center here in Yerington. We hope this will inspire more acts of goodwill. Whether it’s picking up groceries for an elderly neighbor, sewing masks for your local hospital, or ordering delivery from a family-owned restaurant, every little bit helps. We would love it if y’all would share with us what you’re doing. Let’s shine a light on kindness and the strength of community. We may be apart now, but we are apart together. We are #CountryStrong.
