FULL MOON SALOON
The Full Moon Saloon After Party is going to better & bigger than ever! The party begins Thursday July 24, 2015 at 8:00PM located at the edge of the regular campground area also immediately after each main event end and will close at 3:00AM. All patrons must be 21 years of age or older to enter and MUST have a Two-Day Credential and 21 and over Wristband. A search will take place before entering the party area. No weapons or glass containers will be allowed in.
RV and Tent Camping
Night in the Country Music Festival offers attendees RV and tent camping in several areas surrounding the festival site. Campsites are reserved 20×50 ft. spaces. All camping spaces will be purchased on a first come first served basis. Once you have purchased a space you will be required to camp in that space. NO EXCEPTIONS. You will have the choice of picking your camping space. If you are camping with a group you will need to purchase your spaces together or possibly lose the chance of camping next to your friends. The spaces can be purchased online for $125.00 plus taxes and fees or on site for $150.00 plus taxes and fees. Each camp site is allowed one steering wheel per site, we do NOT allow more than one camp trailer per site. ALL TENTS, CAMP TRAILERS, and VEHICLES MUST FIT IN THE DESIGATED SPACE AND IF NOT AN ADDITIONAL CAMPING SPACE WILL BE REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL CAMPERS MUST HAVE A 2-DAY GA, SUPERFAN, VIP OR CLUB 149 CREDENTIAL TO ENTER THE CAMPGROUNDS
We have two different campgrounds, one for those of you who'd like a little more quiet (quiet/family) and another for those who would like to continue the party after hours (regular/party)! There are no full hookups on site, dry camping only.
Note: Upon entrance into the campground area all cars, trucks, trailers, and RVs are subject to a vehicle search.
Volunteer camp hosts are on site to place campers and answer questions. Security personnel will be patrolling the area from time to time. They will be able to assist you with questions you might have. Please lock-up all valuables including bikes, generators, ice chests, lawnchairs, etc. when leaving them unattended and overnight. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property of any kind.
Overflow Parking Permits
Overflow parking permits are $10.00 when purchased online and $30.00 when purchased on site the day of the event.
We will no longer allow personalized cars or trucks/vehicles to cruise the campgrounds. If you are caught "Country Cruzin" we will ask you to park your vehicle.
NO PETS ALLOWED in the camping area, the Full Moon Saloon After Party and/or the concert venue. We comply with all state and federal laws in regards to service animals.
This includes charcoal grills, portable fire pits, and other open flame devices. Gas barbecues are the only allowed exception. All campers are required to have a fire extinguisher and a bucket available in each camp site. Water sites will be available to fill the buckets.
- Each campsite must have a 5-gallon bucket of water on hand
- Camp Trailers/Campers shall have a fire extinguisher in addition to 5 gallons of water
- No Campfires allowed
- No Fireworks/sparklers allowed
- No Fuel Operated Lanterns allowed
- No Tiki Torches allowed
- Charcoal BBQs are prohibited
- Use extreme caution while smoking cigarettes/cigars
- Use extreme caution while using portable generators
Noise / Quiet Campground
Please be considerate of your neighbor and observe the established quiet time of Midnight to 8:00 AM. (no generators, loud music, etc.) Generator use is allowed outside of quiet time hours, only if it does not disturb other camping patrons. Festival management reserves the right to prohibit use of any generator at any time. Talking, singing, radios, televisions, etc. must be kept at a volume that will not disturb other guests. ABSOLUTELY NO amplified PA system, DJ's or Sound Systems will be permitted or operated in any camping area. Have fun but respect others. Anyone acting abusive or causing trouble will be removed from the festival/camping grounds.
Noise/ Regular Camp Ground
This area could be noisy all night long. Unruly guests or those causing problems will be removed from the festival grounds and/or arrested.
Motorcycles/ Off Road Vehicles
Motorcycles are prohibited. ABSOLUTLY NO DIRT BIKES, QUADS, GOLF CARTS, SIDE BY SIDES OR OFF-ROAD VEHICLES. They will be impounded and you will be assessed an impound fee. You will also be removed from the festival grounds.
Glass containers are not allowed in any camping area. These items will be confiscated. Kegs and plastic containers are preferred. ANYONE CAUGHT GIVING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO ANYONE UNDERAGE OR THOSE UNDERAGE AND CAUGHT DRINKING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS AND CAN FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES.
No weapons of any kind are permitted in any area of the festival. Guns are not permitted.
Garbage – Pack it in Pack it OUT!
Campsites must be kept clean at all times throughout the weekend. Bag all trash and deposit in the dumpsters provided. We appreciate your help in keeping our event clean. Anything left behind will be considered garbage and will be disposed of. If you are caught littering on any of the grounds you will be fined by the city of Yerington.
Individual camp sites are also subject to fines.
All persons attending Night in the Country Music Festival do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, promoters, sponsors or others.
Guests who sneak into the festival grounds without paying may be ticketed for trespassing. Any violators of the law may be subject to arrest.
No checks are accepted at the festival.
No drugs or underage drinking will be tolerated on any of the festival grounds.
Fighting will not be tolerated and you will be subject to removal and or arrested.
Designate a driver!
Night in the Country Music Festival supports the designated driver concept. We urge you to decide before your visit to the Festival who will be the designated driver for your group.
PLEASE DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE.
Any violation of these rules or the laws of the State of Nevada will cause you to be removed from the festival grounds and/or be arrested.
For the safety of all our guests and volunteers, we ask that our camping rules be observed.
These rules have been established to satisfy the diverse needs of our guests and to promote safety. We ask all of our guests to respect the rights and privacy of others. Thank you and have fun.
Boys & Girls Club of Mason Valley, Inc. reserves the right to revoke the camping and/or concert credentials of any individual and to further remove any person from the NITC venue and campgrounds in its sole and absolute discretion if it determines that such revocation and/or removal is in the best interest of the general public, concert attendees, campers, the individual involved, and/or the Boys & Girls Club and/or its staff.
